A: The best platform for you depends entirely on your specific business needs. I work with Squarespace, Shopify, Wordpress and others, and will help you choose the system that's just right for your needs and your budget.
Q: Can you help me with my written content as well as my site design?
A: I'd love to. A website's content is just as important as its design, and I think there's nothing more fun than stepping into the shoes of your ideal clients to develop copy that speaks to them and makes your business shine.
Q: What about photos? How can you help me with those?
A: High quality photography is incredibly important to every business; as a photographer, images are my specialty. I can help you curate all of the images on your website, including editing galleries and portfolios, resizing, renaming and captioning images for SEO purposes, and even shooting new photos of your business, staff or products. Q: Do you only work on websites?
A: I love the power of a great website, but your brand voice needs to be communicated cohesively throughout all of your marketing. In addition to websites, I can work with you to improve your marketing PDFs, email templates, client correspondence, presentation materials, social media strategies and any other method of your brand's communication.
Q: Will I be able to update my own website?
A: Yes, absolutely. The days of having to wait weeks for your "web guy" to make changes for you are long gone. Websites should be living, breathing things, ready to evolve along with your business. I'll make sure your website is built to grow and support your long term goals, and that it's easy for you to update yourself.
Q: What if I don't actually want to be the one to update my website?
A: Then I can help. I'm here to support your business now and in the future. Whether you want help posting weekly marketing content, or just a once a year portfolio update, let me know and we'll create a plan that works for you. Ongoing support can be project based, or simply billed at an hourly rate in 1/2 hour increments.
Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Just like every business, every project is unique and has its own fee depending on size and level of complexity. Feel free to contact me to talk through your needs and I'll put together a personalized quote just for you.
Q: How long do projects usually take, and how do we get started?
A: Projects take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on their size and my current availability, but I like to create quickly so you can get on with running your business. Before we begin I'll create a detailed project schedule for you so you'll know exactly what's needed, and what will be delivered, when.
